Morning Coffee lounging on the patio and watching the amazing wildlife = Bliss! We have local birds that hang in the yard and often have wild deer wander through. NO HOA.

Our centrally located condo is on second floor at the Summerhouse at the Litchfield Resort in Pawleys Island (elevator access). One bedroom condo, two queen beds, pull out sofa in the living room, walk in shower. Furnished balcony off the living room overlooks pool area. Many amenities on property include: pools, hot tub, walking/biking trails, private gated beach access, bathrooms, and outdoor showers. Starbucks and dining on location.Come stay at this immaculate condo.

"Arrogantly shabby", situated on a quiet street right around the corner from the 'creek' where most enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and floating! Restaurants, shopping, and of course 1 mile to the beach! Coined W&D on site. Jasmine is located in the downstairs of the cottage. One bedroom featuring a queen bed and full bed. Bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Kitchen and living combo. Screened in porch and private fenced in area with table umbrella and chairs.

Completely renovated 2nd floor condo! Pawleys Island has been a vacation destination since the 1700s and it remains charming yet laid back. We are located near multiple golf courses, amazing restaurants, the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, historic Georgetown & only a mile from the beautiful beaches of Pawleys Island!

Newly remodeled spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath house located in the classic Litchfield Country Club, just 5 minutes from Litchfield beach. The house includes a large kitchen that has everything you would need to cook a family meal. There is an enormous 2 car garage with a washer and dryer. Also included is 4 beach bike cruisers which can be used to ride to Litchfield beach. The beds are new and comfortable. Restaurants, golf, and grocery stores are close by.

This is the perfect suite for your next beach getaway! Approximately half a mile to the nearest beach access. Our cozy beach themed guest suite is attached to a separate living space (similar to a duplex or in-law suite) and has a private entrance. It is tucked away in the forest, right across from the creek and ready to welcome you! We had storm damage only a month after starting up our airbnb, so it has been newly renovated twice!

Just Beachy

My condo is on the top floor which gives you a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom and living room with cathedral ceilings have a wall of glass giving you a spectacular view of the sunrise over the ocean. The living area has sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed. The guest room has a queen bed and a bunkbed for children. The kitchen is well supplied.

The unit is in a prime location within the complex which lends itself to a quieter time away from common areas yet not too far away to enjoy them.
