Our little piece of paradise nestled on the edge of the woods but still in heart of downtown Pawleys. 1 block from Franks bar and restaurant, a few blocks to downtown Pawleys, and 4 blocks to the beach and many golf courses. Morning Coffee lounging on the patio and watching the amazing wildlife = Bliss! We have local birds that hang in the yard and often have wild deer wander through. NO HOA.

Beach House with indoor pool!

We are thrilled to share our newly renovated Pawleys Island beach house. We truly hope you will love it as much as we do! The whole group will enjoy this spacious house centrally located 5min from the beach and just a few minutes away from several golf courses, bars restaurants and grocery stores. The indoor 16x32pool and entertainment room with shuffleboard and 75'' TV are just perfect for those rainy days or in between beach and activities hours. Only 30min away from Myrtle Beach airport!!

Our Pawleys Island house on the water is a 3,770 s.f. home that appeals to families with kids, groups & snowbirds. Two families renovated & decorated home in 2017. Pawleys Island is oldest seaside community in U.S. Property overlooks marsh & you can hear the ocean from our backyard. Drive to beach 12 minutes away. Our spot provides more privacy than beachfront homes. View is breathtaking at all times of day & year. Like us, you may find yourselves choosing the marsh over the beach some days.

This 2bed/2bath unit has amenities you need for a day or a week. You're a 10 minute drive to the beach, 35 minutes to Myrtle Beach, and an hour south to Charleston. The local culinary scene provides some of the freshest seafood in the country, awesome southern dishes, and there’s always southern BBQ! *Motorcycles are not allowed on property.

'Osprey's Nest' is close to East of Highway 17, 1 mile from the beach. Close to Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park. A few miles from Murrells Inlet, historic Georgetown, and of course Myrtle Beach.. You’ll love my place because of Convenient to attractions, but away from the Myrtle bustle. Excellent local restaurants. Nearby Murrells Inlet is well known for their seafood restaurants. It is a serene and beautiful location. Come unwind with us!.

3BR 2 Bath Remodeled House Close to Beach & Golf

Newly remodeled spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath house located in the classic Litchfield Country Club, just 5 minutes from Litchfield beach. The house includes a large kitchen that has everything you would need to cook a family meal. There is an enormous 2 car garage with a washer and dryer. Also included is 4 beach bike cruisers which can be used to ride to Litchfield beach. The beds are new and comfortable. Restaurants, golf, and grocery stores are close by.

Beach Suite

This is the perfect suite for your next beach getaway! Approximately half a mile to the nearest beach access. Our cozy beach themed guest suite is attached to a separate living space (similar to a duplex or in-law suite) and has a private entrance. It is tucked away in the forest, right across from the creek and ready to welcome you! We had storm damage only a month after starting up our airbnb, so it has been newly renovated twice!

Pawleys Creekside Cottage

Leave the big city stress behind and come relax in charming Pawleys Island, SC. Located directly across the creek from Pawleys Island, our cottage is the perfect location for your getaway. It's only a 2-minute walk to both Chive Blossom and Frank’s Restaurant, two of the area’s best culinary delights! We are very close to the Hammock Shops, which is the area's best place for shopping. Rent bicycles for a quick ride over to the beach!

Just Beachy

My condo is on the top floor which gives you a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom and living room with cathedral ceilings have a wall of glass giving you a spectacular view of the sunrise over the ocean. The living area has sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed. The guest room has a queen bed and a bunkbed for children. The kitchen is well supplied.
