King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

Like in walking from a hotel parking to your floor, you may have to walk a little to the unit. Pool season: last week of April till first week of October.
