'House at the Ria' is located in the green resort of Pedras d’el Rei. Staying here means you’re right by 'Ria Formosa', a long course of sea water with the most wonderful and remote beaches in the Algarve. Here you have all you need only 10 minutes walking distance: restaurants, supermarket, kids club, tennis court, and even a cosy piano bar, located around the swimming pools of the resort, with free daybeds and a lifeguard. It’s the only place near Tavira where you can just walk to the beach!

Casa Antiga: holiday home for 2 adults (18+) on the ground floor of small-scale accommodation Quinta Maragota. Originally this part of the farmhouse was the family living area and still features beautiful authentic Portuguese tile floors, renovated wooden shutters and ceiling ornament in the hallway. Now it is an attractive, comfortable holiday home with private terrace, adjacent to a large communal mediterranean garden with pool, 4km to fishing village Fuseta, beach and lagoons of Ria Formosa.

A proximité des commerces et restaurants. A 5mn à pieds du Mercado Municipal et de l'embarcadère pour Ilha de Tavira. Toutes les commodités du centre ville dans une maison typique portugaise. The villa in Luz de Tavira is located in a rural area and surrounded by typical Portuguese houses, greenery and close to the highway, making it a good base for exploring the region. Within walking distance is a local food market, cafes, pharmacy and an ATM. Renting a car is highly recommended, we have a double carport, free parking on the property and the villa is fully fenced & closed off with a gate. The whole property, house and swimming pool are private (our pool is not heated)
