Fantastic view to the city and lake Ülemiste. Just 3 minutes drive to airport and 2 minutes drive to Bus Station. According to the Tourism Act of the Republic of Estonia (Turismiseadus §24), accommondation providers are required to identify their guests. Standard occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children. Guests aged 15 years and older are considered adults according to Airbnb policy. Accommodation for 3 or 4 adults is possible only upon prior agreement and for an additional fee.
