Alexandra Cottage is a secret hideaway in the heart of the ancient market town of Penryn, offering a luxury retreat in one of Cornwall's most beautiful and bustling coastal areas. The stone-built, slate-roofed cottage has a king-sized bed, an ensuite shower room, and a sumptuously stylish open-plan sitting room/kitchen with a woodburner for cosy nights in after bracing walks on the coastal path. A sunny terrace provides the perfect spot for alfresco dinning with a gas BBQ and wood fired pizza oven. Only 5 minutes drive is the harbour town of Falmouth, with its independent shops and art galleries, beaches and the world-famous National Maritime Museum. It's also within easy reach of the Helford River and its glorious sailing waters, hidden coves and fabulous walking routes. The cottage is tucked in the corner of a large walled garden, across the lawn from a beautiful double-fronted stone house. Alexandra Cottage has its own parking and separate entrance.

The Apple Loft is a beautifully converted cottage in the grounds of Tremayne House, providing accommodation for two adults. The Apple Loft has a private courtyard to the back, perfect for long meals on sunny evenings or dozing in the sun. The spacious bedroom and shower room are on the ground floor, with an open plan kitchen/living space on the first floor. The kitchen provides a great space for creating some delicious dishes, while the comfy sofa and log burner make evenings even more cozy.

Little Bream has a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable superking size bed, amazing shower. Distant sea view from the bedroom, a garden/BBQ area and is set in 2 acres of garden. Valley View is a cosy two bedroomed former barn set on a working equestrian livery yard on a family farm and owned by a renowned Cornish artist who works from the studio. Horses graze in the fields and chickens free range in the front paddock. The farm enjoys far reaching views towards Mylor and the Roseland. It is set in a secluded location behind the A39 but within a 10 min walk to Falmouth University where there is a bus service to all the main routes and a 20 minute walk into Penryn.

The stables boast a wood fired hot tub, beams, wood burner, luxurious bathroom with roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy the rural idyll; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced gardens with barbecue and fire pit for stargazing.

Albion Cottage is situated on the edge of the creekside village of Mylor Bridge in beautiful countryside, perfect for exploring Cornwall. Cosy with log burner, small private courtyard with BBQ and access to large garden & grass tennis court (in summer). We welcome well behaved dogs (max 2) for an extra fee & by prior arrangement. Changeover days are Fridays & Mondays or shorter stays by arrangement. In July & August school holidays we do weekly bookings, changing over on a Friday.

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
