The 700m2 mediterranean garden has a pool (27m2) and a covered summer kitchen with a grill.

The pool is equipped with countercurrent swimming system. House has his own private parking space and it has his own entrance and private yard. Pets are allowed and wellcome, and pet fee is 50e per pet, payable on the spot.
