Perfectly suited to families it is set over two floors, with a spacious open plan living / dining / kitchen sporting countryside views on the first. There’s also a twin room and family bathroom upstairs while downstairs the master bedroom has access to the private garden and terrace. Perranporth Beach is one of Cornwall's best and boasts the famous Watering Hole restaurant right on the sand.

Self contained flatlet, your own entrance, lounge with fridge, microwave,kettle,and toaster and a TV. Large sofa, table and chairs, plates and cutlery provided. Separate bedroom and shower room. Few minutes walk from Perranporth’s famous surfing beach and close to shops, pubs and restaurants (including takeaways). The golf club is just up the hill. There is a bus stop outside the property. Horse riding on the beach. Ideal for walking the coastal footpath. We have parking for 1 car.

Home by the sea Perranporth

Quiet neighbourhood, a few minutes walk (uphill) from the beach and 2 min away from the coastal path. The house comes with Zeppe the cat. Lovely and independent but had a tough life so cat lovers only 😊 The house is on a hill, 5 min walk from Droskyn cliffs (& sauna), which overlook the beach, the perfect spot to enjoy stunning sunsets. It is light and comfortable, with a private garden and open country side views. Our home is simple and not perfect but we hope you love it as much as we do.
