The Bothy is an authentic, traditional Highland dwelling, carefully restored to preserve its original features and character while providing essential facilities, warmth and comfort. A farmyard location in the midst of our highland home and in the heart of wild, romantic Perthshire, at the foot of the famous Schiehallion. Two miles from the village of Kinloch Rannoch at the head of the loch, the Bothy is an ideal base for outdoor adventures, observing wildlife or a relaxing escape from the city.

Idyllic eco-cabin overlooking tranquil pasture and pretty woodland situated on the historic footpath from Dollar to Rumbling Bridge only metres away from the dramatic beauty of the Devon River. With woodburning stove, fire-pit and private verandah, Larch Cabin offers a rustic retreat with a touch of luxury. Located in the grounds of our smallholding and surrounded by fantastic hikes, cycles and trails, the cabin provides a secret haven only 45 minutes away from Edinburgh, Glasgow and Perth.

The Cabin, Rannoch Station

Located at Rannoch Station on the edge of Rannoch Moor in the Scottish Highlands one of Europe's last wilderness areas. Breakfast basket provided inc tea, coffee, bread, eggs, milk, butter, jam and porridge. Wood burning stove ensures you are warm and snug whatever the weather - fuel free of charge. Perfect for walking, kayaking, cycling, climbing the many hills and mountains in the area or simply relaxing for a few days and enjoying the nature. Overnight sleeper is a great transport option.

Restored Pump House - 6 miles from Perth

This unique dwelling was originally a water pumping house for the local village and was restored in 2020. Just 6 miles from Perth, this tiny house offers access to miles of glorious Perthshire countryside. With plenty of private parking, quirky ladder to the mezzanine sleeping area, wood burner, underfloor heating plus modern fixtures and fittings, The Old Pump House offers the perfect accommodation for lovers of the great outdoors. The Owl House at Gardeners Cottage (dog friendly)

The Owl House is a cosy retreat, five minutes from historic Fortingall. This former outbuilding has been lovingly renovated and commands beautiful views over the glen. At night, add some logs to the wood-burning stove, sit back, and enjoy listening to the owls hooting. Glen Lyon, Ben Lawers, Schiehallion, Aberfeldy, Drummond Hill and Loch Tay are just a stones throw away. Well-behaved dogs welcome (please note that we do not allow cats). The Star Hut at Rannoch Station

Unique, single-room glass-fronted hut in a silver birch/rowan wood on a small hill, full of character with a spectacular view 25 miles to the East. Rannoch Moor is a place of peace and tranquillity, there is no noise (after the 9.05pm train) and no light pollution. Weather permitting, you can watch the stars and sunrise while lying in bed, see deer walking in the wood, experience being cosy in the midst of dramatic weather or listen to the dawn chorus. Luxury Triple Pod

This luxury glamping pod has an ensuite bathroom and its own kitchenette, whilst also benefitting from unrivalled views on Ben Ledi. The pod has a double bed and an additional sofa bed, making it the perfect option for families. Unlike many glamping experiences, our pods come with bed linen, towels and basic kitchen utensils provided, so that you can focus on enjoying your stay.
