Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Il Cottage è parte di una proprietà della famiglia Bernocchi, già presente nelle mappe della zona del 1500 ed e' situata proprio su di una antica via Romana che attraversava i monti della Calvana. Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. Primo piano di una villa lucchese degli anni 70, immersa in uno splendido uliveto, il cui corredo ricorda quello della nonna. La tranquillità regna sovrana: rilassati sul grande balcone o passa una giornata nella nostra piscina. Ci troviamo a 10 minuti dall’uscita dell’Autostrada di Capannori e in poco tempo si raggiungono le città di Lucca, Pisa, Firenze. Nei dintorni troviamo Villa Manzi, Villa Torrigiani e Villa Reale.

Confortevole casina situata in un caratteristico borgo della ridente città di Pescia , più servizio di WI - FI compreso .( non a banda larga ) ,Se però non è sufficente , a 50 metri dalla Casina è presente un Bar Sport con WI-FI libera ,con postazione anche ad uso lavorativo . Parcheggio gratuito a circa 400 metri

Casa di recente ristrutturazione, 90 mq e ampio spazio esterno con piscina di recente costruzione. Immersa nella campagna Toscana e vicinissima alle più famose località turistiche della Regione. A due passi da Montecatini Terme (città termale) e a soli 30 minuti da Firenze, Lucca, Pisa e la Versilia.
