Dans une ambiance chaleureuse alliant tous les charmes des bâtisses d’autrefois ainsi que les équipements les plus modernes, vous pourrez profiter des 80m² de cet appartement pouvant loger jusqu’à 4 personnes. Laissez-vous séduire par cette antique demeure bâtie en 1736 par un négociant de la ville et profitez de cet appartement en rez-de-chaussée servant autrefois au stockage des meilleurs vins du Bergeracois.

Ce moulin du 18ème a été réhabilité en maison de 180m2 avec une capacité de 8 personnes. Le bien est composé d'une cuisine, d'un atelier avec billard, une terrasse, séjour, salon, 4 chambres dont une chambre avec douche et une salle de bain. Le jardin est composé d'îles reliés par des ponts. Durant votre séjour, vous aurez l'occasion de pratiquer la pêche, la baignade, le canoë, le ping pong.... Je tiens à préciser qu'il s'agit d'un moulin construit sur un bief dans un milieu naturel préservé.

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement confortable pour séjours courts ou longs. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société, pêcher ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble). Petit déjeuner et massages possibles.
