Villa is within 30 minutes drive of the most popular tourist attractions(Poreč, Pula, Rovinj, Motovun). Nearest airiport is in Pula, about 40 km away. Villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets, and is equipped for comfortable stay for 6 guests.

Ispred kuće nalazi se veliki bazen dužine 14,50 metara i površine 65 m2. Kuća ima okućnicu od 5500 m2. Prva plaža nalazi se na udaljenosti od 10 km, dok se turističko središte Rabac s prekrasnim plažama nalazi na udaljenosti od 20 km.
