There is a Flying J Travel Plaza at 645 and 78 Restaurant/Subway Basement is unfinished , with a washer and dyer

It is near the pond (zipline splashdown), hot tub, and rock climbing wall. You're also welcome to enjoy all 66 acres, including snuggles with our goats, cows, chickens, ducks, and working dogs. Enjoy a stay at a completely refurbished 1820’s log cabin nestled in the woods and rolling fields of a 30 acre homestead. The cabin showcases three bedrooms and gorgeous views, a large living and dining area, as well as full kitchen. Enjoy exploring the trails around the farm, greeting the resident horses and ponies, immersing yourself in the surrounding area of hiking trails and blue marsh lake.

Monroe Valley Guesthouse

Our house is located near the interstate and within easy reach of Hershey and numerous other attractions. Swatara State Park is just a 2 minute drive away. There is a hiking and biking trail just down the road. If you are kayaking you can put in or get out of the creek right into the yard. The hot tub, grille, and stocked kitchen are waiting after your days activities. Do not expect me to message you before your stay - you can be assured the place is ready for you! Also there is no TV.

"Truly magical" were the words of the first guest when she discovered this wondrous retreat, full of surprises for kids and grown-ups, just downhill from the Appalachian Trail. Go for a walk in the woods, go for a bike ride, splash in the creek, or just laze the day away in a fireside rocker with a good book. With two bedrooms, a clever sleeping alcove, and a futon in the Secret Playroom, the cabin sleeps six, seven if you banish snoring Uncle Arslan to the couch.
