Beautiful, 170 feet of waterfront Carriage House with a lovely sandy beach for a relaxing vacation in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Very close to the White Mountain National Forest, Kancamagus Highway, and several Ski Resorts. Within 45 minutes to the beaches of Maine and the Seacoast of New Hampshire. Our Carriage House is 1.5 hours from Boston and 2 hours from Worcester, MA. The Carriage House was built in 2021 with top-line finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for a romantic getaway.

Enjoy the Old Farm cottage, a studio apartment on our small homestead in the beautiful Lakes Region. It’s a perfect spot for couples, small families, or traveling nurses. We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.

Enjoy time away in this fully furnished basement apartment with your own entrance. Great four season location close to lakes and mountains with access to association beach for launching your kayak or canoe in summer and fall. Also great for snowmobilers or those who enjoy a walk down the frozen lake or cross country skiing in the winter! For boaters, Balch Lake has its own marina where you can gas and go! Second adjoining apartment with additional bedroom and bath also available.

The Country Cottage in Sanbornville

Your family will be close to a majority of popular NH attractions while staying at the cottage. The cottage is totally separate and brand new as of 2023, attached to our old farmhouse circa 1789 in the beautiful lakes region. It’s a perfect place for couples, small families or traveling nurses/doctors. We are 10 minutes from several beaches including lake winnipsaukee and close to the mountains. There are several hiking trails within minutes from our home.

Everything for your perfect Maine getaway! Use our private dock for your boat, but don't worry about kayaks and paddle boards - use ours. Enjoy a tranquil sunrise, the song of a loon, and the the quaint Bridgton village. Enjoy foliage in the fall and skiing at Pleasant Mountain (formerly Shawnee Peak) only 5 minutes away. Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.
