It´s only a 5 minute walk to Tavira city centre, a 3 minute walk to the market and close to all the great Ria Formosa beaches. This light filled penthouse offers every comfort. Though minutes from the town center, this is a quiet getaway where swifts and swallows love to fly by. The house is filled with original art, pop decor and features a 3 meter long sliding glass door onto a balcony with river views. The private rooftop offers 280 degree views of Ayamonte, the Guadiana River and Portugal plus a pergola, fantastic chill out lounge, BBQ, outdoor shower and lounge chairs. Full kitchen and dedicated workstation.

A solo unos pasos, descubrirás nuestras impresionantes playas, a las que se puede llegar en menos de 15 minutos de un agradable paseo. En los alrededores podrás encontrar desde la animada plaza de abastos, con el mejor pescado y marisco de la costa, supermercados, restaurantes..
