In warmer months, the private terrace is a perfect spot to relax in the fresh air. Guests can also use the barbecue in the courtyard and have fun playing darts. Free public parking is available about 150 metres from the house. You're invited to experience true Karst hospitality and the peace of nature.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Country style aparment in the heart of Karst

Country style family home is situated in calm area of family houses where you can enjoy beautiful views of Karst. The kitchen has all necesary equipment including oven, microwave, stove and refrigerator. Dining area can host 6 people. Living room has comfortable sofa and two armchairs. All bedrooms have plenty of room for your things. Bedroom 2 has two single beds that can be joined and used as a double bed. Bathroom has bath, washbasin, bidet and washing machine, toilet is separated.

Il punto di forza effetto WOW è la vista a 180° sul golfo, visibile da tutto l'appartamento e dalla grande terrazza. Rilassatevi nel grande giardino e fate una passeggiata nel bosco privato! se sarete fortunate vedrete i cerbiatti che vi abitano. La fermata dell'autobus e il parcheggio gratuito sono direttamente sotto la casa.

House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.
