This sunny, private garden flat is separate to the house with it's own entrance and off-street parking. There is an enclosed paved garden with a Webber BBQ. We are close to major highways, a stone's throw away from the Kenilworth Race Course and 2kms away from a vibrant village with restaurants and pubs. You will find a convenience store, hair dresser and coffee shop 200 meters away. For load shedding backup, we have an UPS for the WIFI, a gas cooker and rechargeable light bulbs and light.

Welcome to 17 on Severn-A comfortable and quiet space for you to relax in and have a very good nights sleep. We are close to Constantiaberg Medi Clinic and Melomed Clinic. As well as the US Embassy. Meadowridge and Constantia Shopping Centres are close by. Also in easy access are restaurants churches, gyms, running trails and beaches. Easy access to both the M5 and M3 for commuting to the CBD and out to the beautiful wineland. We hope you enjoy your stay in our quiet neighborhood.

My place is midway between Muizenberg and the City center. Public transport options are numerous: train, bus and taxi and of course Uber will get you anywhere! I offer a perfect spot that positions you between the City and V&A Waterfront (leading to the colder seas of Sea Point and Camps Bay areas) and the warm beach front (Muizenberg, Kalk Bay etc.) The apartment has a separate and completely private entrance and includes a small private garden with an outdoor dining area. The well-equipped cottage with 24/7 electricity and air conditioning is located next to a private family home. It sleeps 2 adults and 2 children can be accommodated in the open-plan loft. The cottage has access to several hikes onto Table Mountain National park, 8 minutes away from the beach, some beautiful restaurants and shops.

There is a fridge, microwave, stove and kettle in the lounge/kitchen area. Beautiful pool for guests enjoyment. Secure parking for average size vehicle behind automated gate.Unfortunately no pets allowed as I have two dogs.

White Cottage, Bishopscourt

Our cottage is situated in the heart of leafy Bishopscourt. 2,1km from Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and 1,6km from Cavendish Square mall. The spacious 2 storey cottage consists of open plan kitchen / lounge, downstairs guest toilet, 2 bedrooms and outside space. We have a shared pool in our garden which guests are welcome to enjoy.
