This sunny, private garden flat is separate to the house with it's own entrance and off-street parking. There is an enclosed paved garden with a Webber BBQ. We are close to major highways, a stone's throw away from the Kenilworth Race Course and 2kms away from a vibrant village with restaurants and pubs. You will find a convenience store, hair dresser and coffee shop 200 meters away. For load shedding backup, we have an UPS for the WIFI, a gas cooker and rechargeable light bulbs and light.

Welcome to 17 on Severn-A comfortable and quiet space for you to relax in and have a very good nights sleep. We are close to Constantiaberg Medi Clinic and Melomed Clinic. As well as the US Embassy. Meadowridge and Constantia Shopping Centres are close by. Also in easy access are restaurants churches, gyms, running trails and beaches. We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking on the premises. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road.

Outside there are views of the lush garden, salt water pool and glimpses of Table Mountain. The sheltered deck is a comfortable spot to enjoy the afternoon sun.

The cottage has all you need, well equipped kitchen, bathroom, sitting area and a patio that opens up onto the garden and pool which you are welcome to use. This is a perfect space if you are on business or on holiday. We are close to shopping centre's, the vineyards and greenbelt. This cottage is not suitable for children or toddlers.

It is an open plan area, therefore recommended for a maximum of 2 adults.
