Port Ellen and Laphroaig can be seen from the POD which overlooks Kilnaughton Bay. The path to the three distilleries on this side of the Island starts in the village, taking you first to Laphroaig then Lagavulin , finishing at Ardbeg where delicious food is available. The Wee House

The Wee House is a one bedroom seafront cottage looking onto Port Ellen. Sleeping up to 4 guests with a sofa bed (full size double) in the living room. Listing price is for 2 guests sharing the bedroom. If the sofa bed is required for bookings of 2 guests please let us know as there is an extra charge (£10 per night). The cottage is within walking distance of local shops, pubs and restaurants and near to the distillery path taking you to Laphroaig, Lagavulin and Ardbeg.

Persabus is the gateway to the north Islay distilleries. Based within walking distance of Ardnahoe Distillery, Caol ila Distillery ad Bunnahabhain Distillery. It is also close to the bus stop where you can get a bus to the south Islay distilleries of Ardbeg, Lagavullin and Laphroaig. The Millhouse is a traditional farm steading converted into a comfortable cottage situated on a working hill farm, offering self catering or bed and breakfast accommodation
