Living room with stove, study, sun room, kitchen-dining room. Perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, hiking, canoeing and biking - and The Boathouse Michelin-listed seafood restaurant. Gigha is 3 hours’ drive from Glasgow, and a 20min ferry. The island is seven miles long, and our house is in the village near the shop and the Gigha Hotel and bar.

A family operated well-equipped 3-bedroom home in the heart of Bowmore, Islay. Ideally located near shops, restaurants, the famous Bowmore Distillery, and the picturesque harbour, it offers convenience and comfort. Perfect for forgetting life's stresses and enjoying holiday getaways. Easy access to stunning beaches, whisky trails, and all the island has to offer. We have two garden spaces, a small side garden at the house and a large green 20 secs walk from the rear of the house (see images)

The Black House, Islay

The Black House is a unique property situated between Bruichladdich and Port Charlotte on the island of Islay. We use the house for High School to save commuting from Jura every day so don’t expect a pristine holiday let but rather a loved family space. There are 2 double beds and 2 bunk bedrooms (if you’re a party of single adults then 4 is the maximum number). Views are stunning and Islay’s great for whisky, wildlife or just rest and relaxation. The lodge is also ideal for a golfing getaway, with 5 courses nearby and Machrihanish being known for having the best opening hole in the world.

Coull Farm Cottage - Stunning Beach Views

Coull Farm self catering holiday cottage is situated on the farm itself. The farm is in a rural location on the west coast of Islay overlooking sea, five minutes walk from the world famous golden sands of Machir Bay. The hills, sea and moorland surrounding the farm are filled with wildlife and flora. This traditional 3 bed ground floor distillery cottage features two double bedrooms and bunk bedroom (Sleeps 6) with separate living room, kitchen and main shower room. To the back of No7, you’ll find a good sized garden with views down to Lagavulin Bay.

A very nicely converted traditional stone building which was originally a cattle shed. It is situated at the rear of 10 Charlotte Street, (Entrance to the Flats is from Back Road). The location means that while it is central, it is also away from the main road and is quiet. It is minutes walk from the shops, Hotel, Bistro, The 3 Distilleries Path and bus stop. A perfect location to be based while exploring Islay.

Flat 2/2 is a second floor one bedroom apartment in the heart of Campbeltown. The lounge has a two and three seater sofa, tv, DVD player, wifi, table and four chairs. It is accessed via a communal key pad entry system and has a key safe for the flat door. There is on street parking. It is close to all the local shops, bars, restaurants and Whisky Distilleries.
