Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. Our modern apartment is located above Porthminster Beach and has large windows with panoramic views over the beach and St Ives bay to Godrevy lighthouse. It has a Bedroom with superking or twin beds, contemporary bathroom, lounge-diner with double sofa-bed and fitted kitchen. It also has the benefit of a parking space beneath the building. Please note there is a height restriction of 6'7" and width 8" for the entrance to the garage.
