Our home is located halfway between Pula and Kamenjak i.e. 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! A fine choice to explore local area all year round this fully equipped and uniquely designed apartment on the first floor is located 10-15 min walk to the seashore. You'll have a nice balcony with a front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi, linen and washing machine. This charming apartment is suitable for younger guests, digital nomads and cycling fans as it offers a garage for bikes. It has a beautiful sea view with three balconies. It is located on the second floor (attic), so it is not suitable for guests with mobility problems due to the circular stairs. Distance from the seacoast is 250 m, and from the sandy beach 1000 (15 min walk). The nearest restaurant is 50 m away. Market "Stanić" , butcher, bakery 250 m, large markets: Lidl and Plodine 600 m.
