The Gem - Pringle Bay

The Gem is a quirky 4-5-bedroom 3.5 bathroom house nestled in the heart of Pringle Bay. A scenic 1.5hr drive from Cape Town, makes this the perfect seaside city escape. The house accommodates 8-10 people with 3 queen beds (2 en-suite) and 2 single beds. (A 5th kid's room sleeps the 2, additional rates apply). The quaint village centre, beach and lagoon are within easy reach. Hot tub under a star-studded sky while kids enjoy a playroom. Come explore this unique biosphere and all it has to offer.

Perfect to enjoy Betty's Bay coastline, the sea views, the wind, the dramatic sunsets, candlelit evenings and the sound of the waves to put you to sleep. 50m from the front beach. Walking distance to the breath-taking Silversands Beach. 3min drive to the penguin colony. 10min drive to Botanical gardens. 20min drive to Palmiet river swimming and hiking. Thalassa has soul and many happy moments have been spent here in this idyllic haven.

The house is equipped with a combustion fireplace ensuring cozy winter nights, mini inverter, WIFI, smart TV as well as a DSTV dish (bring your own decoder). Easy walk to the beach and village. NOTE the house next door is under construction but the views are not affected.

WunderHQ

Wunder HQ is a bold architectural retreat in Pringle Bay supported by solar and just 350m from the beach. Surrounded by mountain views and fynbos, the home features a sunken lounge, braai room, splash pool, putting green, games room, and sleeping for up to 8 guests. The studio opens for groups of 6+. It’s also the creative home of the Wunderpar and Wunderfan apps — guests can even pay for their stay using their rewards earned on the apps! A unique blend of design, nature, and play.

The Dunes is the ideal place for family and friends to get together in a peaceful natural setting. This architect's home can comfortably take up to 10 visitors & is just a 5 minute walk to the Pringle Bay beach & town centre. Indoor entertainment includes table tennis, board games, streaming & plenty of toys for the young ones.

Classic Beach House - Sea views & Spacious comfort

This is the quintessential beach house. Wooden structure, large deck with sea and mountain views and surrounded by fynbos. 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open plan living space that is light and comfortable. The house is well equipped with an indoor wood burning fireplace & electric blankets . There is plenty of cutlery, crockery, glassware & other kitchen essentials including a food processor, French press and a Bialetti espresso coffee maker. There is a Weber Braai.

Thundering Waves is a beautifully positioned house, with wonderful views of the mountains on the one side and breaking waves on the other. You will love the new bathrooms and the modern kitchen which flows into lots of living space. A stones throw to the beach on one side and uninterrupted mountain views from the wooden deck and outside braai on the other side, the feel of the house is just 'beachy'. 100 m walk to the beach and a short stroll to beautiful Bass Lake.

"Pringle Point View" A Charming Holiday Home.

The house is filled with natural light and offers stunning ocean views, making it the perfect spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the patio. Please note that the property is not fenced, so it is not be suitable for pets. This house is ideal for those seeking a break from the city lights, as Pringle Bay is a haven for nature lovers, offering long beach walks and mountain hikes.

Familie Huis

Familie Huis is a much loved family home overlooking a river wetland and surrounded by pristine fynbos. A central feature of the wonderfully spacious downstairs area is a huge inside hearth for roaring fires (or to braai or cook). It's an absolutely brilliant house for winter getaways - warm and cosy (and also great for families with small children). Its perfectly situated - a five minute walk to the beach as well as all village amenities.

Seaside Sanctuary

Perfect home for re-connecting with friends and family, with a pool for the summer and fireplaces for the winter. The sand dunes are 15 meters from the house, and the beach a 3 minute walk Great for 1 or 2 families with up to 6 children, or 3 couples. Please note: not suitable for more than 6 adults. The house is set up with a well equipped kitchen, in- and outdoor braai, board/lawn games and a TV with Netflix.
