Attico nel quartiere Chiaia,palazzo signorile anni '40 con ascensore in legno.Parcheggio gratuito non assegnato.Raggiungibili a piedi la cumana al Corso Vittorio Emanuele e la metropolitana in Piazza Amedeo.Il panorama vi farà innamorare la vista è sull'intero golfo:Vesuvio,Sorrento,Capri,Mergellina,Posillipo.L'appartamento è silenzioso,luminosissimo,gode di tutte le comodità:internet,tv,aria condizionata,terrazzo arredato con tavolo,barbecue,dondolo,angolo fitness con tappeto professionale.

Casa Procidana come una volta, al centro del porto di marina grande,dove affaccia ad una meravigliosa vista che va da capo miseno a punta faro. L'appartamento conserva tutte le caratteristiche delle abitazioni Procidane di un tempo, in modo da potervi far immedesimare in un luogo storico dell isola. Dal balcone è possibile apprezzare lo spettacolo di luci che illumina la baia Procidana. Caratteristiche invece le paranze che giorno dopo giorno preparano le reti per uscire in mare.

The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen/living room area and a laundry room. And it also has a spacius balcony wich surrounds the house and where you can have breakfast and sunbathe. It has all the mod cons: Wi-fi, tv, air condictioning, a fridge, and oven a washing

L'appartamento è a due passi dal mare, dalla spiaggia della chiaiolella, dove si può godere del sole dall'alba al tramonto!Nei dintorni sono presenti tutti i principali servizi dal ristorante al supermercato passando per tanti altri negozietti . La casa è inoltre collegata molto bene con tutte le altre zone dell'isola. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the views, intimacy and posizione.I our apartments with sea view, located directly on the sand, can comfortably accommodate 4 people. They have the advantage of being in a strategic location on the island ... and you fall asleep with only the music of the waves!

POSILLIPO IN VILLA WITH VIEW GARDEN

A peaceful setting only a few minutes far from the center ! 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus. Perfect location, away from the hustle and the smog of city center, for families with children, for people who prefer spacious places, sea view, garden and safe parking. Car is needed if you mind walking our private driveway 300 mt, a little uphill but with a wonderful view!
