Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

La casa di circa 80 mq. si sviluppa su due livelli: al piano terra si trova un ampio ingresso da cui si accede al salotto con camino e la cucina. Al piano primo si trovano 2 camere con il letto doppio ed un bagno. Una camera offre la possibilita' di trasformare il letto doppio in due letti singoli. Chi e' interessato deve informare in anticipo. La casa ha un giardino privato. La casa è accessoriata di tutto il necessario. La casa non ha parti a comune con altri ospiti tranne il parcheggio auto.

Dimentica ogni preoccupazione in questa ampia oasi di serenità. Siamo 4,5 km da Pistoia-centro, in campagna, area verde, silenziosa, rilassante. Grandi spazi aperti intorno, panorama collinare davanti a noi, l'appartamento è ampio e spazioso, composto da 1 camera matrimoniale con letto grande, armadio, comò, comodini, finestra a 4 ante insonorizzata, zanzariera; bagno privato con doccia, vasca, bidet, lavabo, finestra con zanzariera; grande cucina completamente attrezzata. La casa è situata all'interno dell'Agriturismo Fonteregia, un casolare di campagna appena ristrutturato. Circondata da uliveti e boschi è il luogo ideale per rigenerarsi a contatto con la natura. A breve distanza dall'agriturismo, raggiungibile con una passeggiata trekking, Montecatini Alto, paese medievale dall'antico fascino. A circa 10 minuti di auto le terme di Montecatini e Monsummano. La posizione è inoltre strategica per visitare le principali città toscane: Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, Siena.

Beautiful house with spectacular views and infinity pool. Very private, no other guests or sharing anything. This is something else. Villa Vetteglia is built on a hilltop, the views are 360 degrees. 3 bed (with AC) and 3 bath (beds 7/8 are a comfortable pull out bed in the living room) The location is private and remote yet close to Lucca, Pisa, Florence. Bagni di Lucca (for shopping) is 7km. About the location, it is on a asphalted mountain road, but see the pics before you make a booking :)

Magnifica posizione fra le alte colline della Val di Forfora, atmosfera autentica di una casa ristrutturata nel rispetto della tradizione, orto bio, piscina panoramica (dal 15/5 al 30/9) con spazio solarium, tutto in uso esclusivo. Bellissimo giardino con veranda in legno coperta da una vite che rende fresco pranzare all'esterno. Posti auto davanti casa.

You'll enjoy a large private panoramic terrace and a 15m infinity pool with a spectacular view on the Val di Nievole. Ideal place for walking, biking and bird watching. Easy visit of the surroundings (13min. from the highway A11).

Il mio appartamento fa parte del complesso agrituristico Podere delle Fanciulle, immerso nella campagna pistoiese ma, allo stesso tempo, vicinissimo al centro storico. Ti piaceranno soprattutto gli spazi esterni, la particolarità degli interni, la pulizia e la posizione strategica per visitare la Toscana. La struttura è adatta a coppie e famiglie, anche con bambini.
