CA' RIUNCI (and the fairy hill)

The farmhouse lies in the middle of a natural amphitheater, between meadows and wooded hills. The portion of the house intended for guests offers ample parking, on the ground floor an independent entrance into the living room with fireplace, TV and wifi, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and a single bedroom with the bathroom too. It's possible to make countless trips and activities in the surrounding area.

Il nostro romantico appartamento è in una casa del 1696, che nel tempo ha mantenuto intatto il suo fascino. Da qui sono facilmente raggiungibili in un'ora d'auto, mete di interesse quali Valle d'Aosta, Milano, Torino, Laghi, Langhe, Monferrato. E' possibile richiedere la colazione italiana a 5 euro a persona, con profumati dolci e marmellate biologiche. La connessione wireless è gratis in tutta la casa. Ca' Guala è dotata di posti auto, giardino e forno a legna. Animali accettati previo accordo.

Small terraced house for up to 2 people, recently renovated and with a spacious garden available to the guests, shared with other tenants. Only 600mt from the historic neighborhood Il Piazzo, 1.5km from the city centre (Via Italia). The villa is also located on the way to Parco Burcina and the Oropa Sanctuary (20min by car/bus) as well as close to several trekking tracks. A sport and recreation centre with tennis, panel and swimming pool is available at walking distance. Fast Wi-Fi included.

Dista 60 km da Torino e Aosta, 100 km da Milano e 16 km da Biella e Ivrea. Luogo di partenza per escursioni in bicicletta e mountain bike e trekking sulla via del Cammino di S.
