Ova iznimna kuća smjestila se u slijepoj ulici mirnog turističkog naselja grada Pule.Udaljena je 900 m od mora. Prva glavna plaža Verudela , izvrsna samo 3 minute vožnje.Kafić 20 metara i trgovina 100 m od kuće. Kuća je izuzetno komforna i stilski uređena te prilagođena modernom načinu života. U prizemlju objekta smješten je prostrani dnevni dio sa kuhinjom i blagavaonicom modernih linija izlazom na veliku terasu 100 m kvadratnih na kojoj se nalazi vrtni namještaj i pavilion.Također se na prizemlju nalazi i welness iz kojeg se preko velikih staklenih stijena pruža pogled na bazen , terase i zelenilo.Bazen je veličine 48 m kvadratnih od toga dio je za djecu dubine 0.5 m i za odrasle dubine 1.5 m kvadratnih te posjeduje hidromasažu. Activity prostor proteže se kompletnim suterenom kuće, a tu je još i dodatna kuhinja te kamin koji upotpunjuje doživljaj. U suterenu je smještena još i garaža sa 2 parking mjesta i 6 bicikli za vožnju gradom, dok u cijelosti ograđena parcela nudi i daljnja 4 parking mjesta. Na katu kuće nalazi se radna soba , 4 sobe sa kupaonicama svaka soba sa izlazom na terasu i 1 soba u mansardi. Kuća je klimatizirana a sve prostorije raspolažu sa centralnim grijanjem. U našem susjedstvu ima mnogo restorana "Volaria" i Ribarska kolibau Marini Veruda koje nude bogati riblji meni Pizzeria Jupiter, Boccaporta restoran koja nudi tradicionalnu istarsku kuhinju.Također i Pivnica na Rivi .Možete iznajmiti bicikle, mopede, čamce, automobile itd. Na glavnoj plazi Verudeli mozete unajmiti sportski teren za mini golf i badminton ,tenis ,surfanje pa čak i brod koji vuče padobran , vozi mali zrakoplov.Tamo se nalazi i ronilački klub.Isto tako na Verudeli je mjesto Bunarina odakle brod vozi svakih sat vremena za Fratarski otok. Izleti brodom: Otoci Brijuni ( nacionalni park )- polazi se brodom iz mjesta Fažane 5 km udaljenog od Pule, Putovanje u Zelenu i Plavu Istru(Vinska cesta- degustacija vina,agroturizam). Rovinj 30 km udaljen od Pule u kojem možete vidjeti Hrvatsku u malom gdje se nalazi i veliki akvarijum. In the neighborhood you can find also post office, caffe bars, tennis courts, restaurants, ecc. and a hospital is 10 minutes away by walk. Del mar is very stylish and confortable place for 3 people 70 m.from the beach and few min by foot from big Max city mall(buy groceries,drink a coffee,restaurants).Beautifull location who has everything that you need !Gym on the open area,volleyball &child playground is also 70 m from app.We have bakery,2 great restaurants,fast food and ice cream , bus station,dog beaches. Parking place is near the app. and it is for free.We have new ski-lift and beach bar on the water :-)

Relax house Villa Marina

Villa Marina is a spacious object of 300 m2 living space and can comfortably accommodate 12 people. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price. It is recognizable by beautiful swimming pool, surrounded with a garden of 800 m2, BBQ area, free parking and WiFi. It's located between National park Brijuni, Fažana and the city center of Pula, which is only 3 km far, as well as the nearest beach.
