Apartman je smješten na katu obiteljske kuće u mirnom dijelu grada u slijepoj ulici ii jedan je od 4 apartmana koje iznajmljujemo. U našem kvartu su obiteljske kuće i par novoizgrađenih zgrada. U blizini je market i ljekarna, a trgovački centri Kaufland, Lidl, Plodine i Konzum udaljeni su svega 5 minuta a do najbliže plaže možete doći za 15 minuta vožnje. Glavni autobusni kolodvor je udaljen 7 min. pješice. Centar grada je na 15 minuta pješice a na tom putu prolazite ispred amfiteatra.

The One-Bedroom Vacation Home (semi-detached house) accommodates up to 4 people (2+2). It is located in a typical Istrian village with breathtaking views of Motovun and Central Istria green oasis. The house has a private heated swimming pool, air condition (cooling and heating), free wi-fi, smart cable tv, private parking and is a short drive away from all the main tourist and historic attractions of Istria. Since 2024, the house has its own power plant, so it is energy self - sustaining.

The apartment (80m) is distributed in 2 floors, and it has a wonderful sea view , covered terrace and a balcony with tables and chairs. Distance from the sea is 150 meters. The interior is highly modern, it includes free Wi-Fi, a flat screen smartTV and satellite channels, and washing machine. The kitchen is new and fully equipped ( microwave oven, 4 cooking plates, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and freezer). The house has two comfortable double bed bedrooms .

Guests have access to a wood-burning grill next to the summer kitchen, so they can carefree enjoy the whole day outside. There is an outdoor shower and toilet next to the pool. In the morning and late in the evening, guests can relax on the spacious terrace with a wonderful view of the Učka mountain and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Children will especially enjoy the playground.

The studio is ideal for a short stay, for guests who are passing through or planning a short stay to meet our beautiful city and need to sleep for a couple of nights. Everything is available in 3 minutes by a car, a shop center Galeria, cafés, health center, pharmacies, beaches and city center. The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)

Smješten u Rovinju , 1 km od plaže i 2 km od rovinjske katedrale sv. Eufemije . Apartman Mia nudi vrt i klima uređaj . Ovaj smještaj ima balkon s pogledom na vrt. Apartman ima jednu spavaću sobu , TV ravnog ekrana sa satelitskim programima , WI- FI , opremljenu kuhinju i 1 kupaonicu sa tušem . Pored apartmana ima praonica rublja . Gosti mogu koristiti terasu apartmana i parking . U blizini apartmana 1 km ima trgovački centar Kaufland. Kućni ljubimci dozvoljeni .

Opustite se u novo uređenom Pureart stanu blizu centra Pule . Dali smo naziv Pureart ,jer se ispod aprtmana nalazi umjetnički atelje gdje se mogu vidjeti slike i kupiti suveniri ručno napravljeni. Stan se nalazi u mirnom kvartu 15 minuta hodanja do centra. Apartman se prvi puta otvara za goste u ljeto 2024. Najbliža plaža zove se Pješćana uvala i udaljena je svega nekoliko minuta kao i veći dućani i Pula City Mall.

House has private parking, private pool, garden surounded with fence, outdoor grill, outdoor dining table. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms,Sat-TV, Playstation, wi-fi, air condition in every room,... Pets are allowed and wellcome, and pet fee is 50e per pet, payable on the spot.

Old town stone house

The town house is located in the heart of the old town Pula, only 150 meters from the main square (Forum). Within 500 meters you will find many restaurants and bars, parks, the food market, buses, taxi, the sea front, and the Roman amphitheatre Arena. The house has two small gardens which are private and very quiet, although you are in the middle of the city centre.

Studio apartment for two people is located on the ground floor of a family house in a quiet part of town, in Gregovica. The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you will need for a pleasant stay, has a kitchen, bathroom and terrace where you can have your morning coffee or enjoy dinner with a glass of wine.
