It is next to Hotel Punta Islita ( A Marriott Autograph Collection Resort) with opportunities to access to all the amenities. Please note Hotel Punta Islita will be closed from July 1, 2025 until March, 2026 for renovations.

This adorable little villa is perched on the edge of a tidal river full of nature! There are mangroves, kingfishers, basilisk lizards, howler monkeys, armadillos and more. This special place is close to everything in Samara. It is only a 3 minute walk from the beach or the center of town. My place is nestled near the heart of Montezuma. Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. My villa is great for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and honeymooners. Daily cleaning service included!
