Gelegen mitten in Istrien – der Region, die bei den Römern als Terra Magica bekannt war und wo bis heute vieles an die Blütezeit der Kultivierung des Landes erinnert. Die ehrwürdigen Städte auf den Hügeln, das klare, blaue Meer, die Geschichte sind nur einige der Attraktionen der Halbinsel.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Dear guests, welcome to our property. The house Jurjoni is located in the countryside and is surrounded by nature. We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Kuća "Belveder" sastoji se od jedne jednokrevetne prostrane spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonicom i kuhinjom, te kupaonicom s walk in tuš, i perilicom rublja. Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu u hladu vinove loze. Terasa ima drveni stol s klupama te velikim kaminom na drva. Besplatno parkirno mjesto je osigurano. Besplatan WiFi. Dobrodošli!

Casa Marta je prekrasna novoizgrađena mala moderna vila s privatnim bazenom, dizajnirana s ljubavlju i pažnjom koja svojim gostima nudi savršen odmor, za sve koji traže drukčiji oblik odmora, daleko od ljetne vreve i prenapučenih turističkih središta. Kuća se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji u mjestu Marčana, od Pule je udaljena 10 km, od prve plaze 8 km, restorana 5 km te trgovine 1,5 km.

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja.
