The home is about a 5 minute drive to the beach/pier area of Hermosa beach. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and filled with lovely people. The home is behind two separate gates and completely private. Enjoy sunning in the front yard, BBQing under the stars, and soaking in the jacuzzi.
