It is about 20 min away from Venice Beach, LAX, Downtown LA, Hollywood. You have everything you need in this peaceful and spacious suite. Note our apartment is not suitable for children or infants, prefer to host adults only. Also, the apartment is open concept, so there is no door to the bedroom.

We are approximately 5 miles from the beach. 8.9 miles from SoFi Stadium and near many hospitals.

Location provides easy access to the beach, local restaurants, Sofi Stadium, shops, and LAX. El Segundo is the perfect spot for a layover in LA or for exploring the attractions in and around SoCal.

One and a half blocks from the beach and Pier, prime location for either vacationers or execs. 15 minutes from the airport, close to Hermosa/Manhattan Beach. 5 minutes from the quaint Riviera Village. Walking distance to Whole Foods, CVS and coffee! Plenty of street parking. My unit is a two night minimum stay.

Our studio under the Oaks is like a tree house with a large deck area for you to unwind, explore and enjoy! The home is on a very quiet street that dead ends into the state park. Most of the traffic is neighbors walking dogs :-) The studio is attached to the main house but is completely separate, there is no access to the main house. I look forward to having the opportunity to host you!
