An elegant apartment of 85 square meters in a very beautiful and safe neighborhood, at a walking distance from the historical center. The house faces on a private garden so it is extremely quiet. Nearby the apartment you can find all you may need (groceries, shops, restaurants, local markets) The apartament is located on the third floor and the biulding has an elevator. It was recently renovated. Few meters away from the apartment there are many buses which can take you around the city

Una casa indipendente molto luminosa, con travi a vista, arredi nuovi, riscaldamento a pavimento e 60 metri quadri di giardino privato arredato. Posto auto coperto e gratuito, all'interno del giardino, completamente recintato. Il Giardino di Annabella è collocato a 1,5 km dal centro città, in una zona molto silenziosa e servita di ogni comfort.
