Pavilions Garden Cottages - Olaf and Tilia

Inside the private Pavilion gardens you will find two separate cottages - Olaf and Tilia. They are ‘tiny houses’ – small but perfect with every amenity and fully self-contained. Olaf is nestled in the garden, surrounded by trees and flowers. Tilia, at the top of the drive, enjoys a rural view up the hill with sheep, cows and the odd kangaroo jumping by. Both have outside fire pits for marshmallow toasting on brisk Highlands nights. We are 5 mins drive from both Mittagong and Bowral main streets.

La Colline is a spacious, secluded and well appointed loft studio on the first floor at one end of my house with a large balcony overlooking tall trees on my 2 acres property. Very quiet location, surrounded by nature, yet close to town and all the "goodies" the beautiful Southern Highlands have to offer: vineyards, golf courses, bushwalking tracks, cycling routes, ... Silver Birch Studio

Silver Birch Studio is perfect for an overnight or weekend stay in the Southern Highlands for up to 2 adults. The peaceful location is less than three minutes drive to Mittagong town, which offers a number of great restaurants and cafes. Mittagong is also close to Bowral, Moss Vale and historic Berrima which all offer a variety of markets, art galleries and local wineries.

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. On-site parking is available, wood is supplied for the slow-combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit. you will be welcomed with drinks on arrival. La Goichère AirBnB

This is a comfortable self-contained studio, formerly an actual artist's studio, underneath the main residence, with its own shower and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. It has a queen bed, a king single that doubles as a sofa, and a single trundle bed. It has a small dining table and four chairs. It now boasts a camping washing machine for light loads, and an airer, as well as a dehumidifier. I also added an air fryer!

Sauna Haus with Scandinavian design

The Sauna Haus, completed in October 2021, is situated on a 1 acre property, shared with our residential home. It is perfect for couples and small families wanting to retreat from the world whilst being a short 5 min. drive/15 min. walk to Bowral and surrounding attractions including vineyards, boutiques, cafe's and golf clubs.
