Stunning Condo with Golf Cart! Only 24 steps!

Relax and unwind at this beautiful Hamilton Cove condo close to beach. Enjoy a full bedroom and bath, kitchen, and dedicated inside laundry. Roam around Avalon in our included golf cart. Cook meals in the full-size kitchen and dine outdoors on a spacious balcony. Our condo is in popular building 9 which is close to the pool, spa, gym, 18-hole mini-golf, tennis and badminton in a 24/7 guarded community! The 4-person max is strictly enforced due to island rules. Infant <12 months is okay as 5th.

We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. A Short 2 blocks up from the ocean, Hotel type room with private bathroom and entrance. Very cute and clean. Refrig, micro, a/c, wifi...Located in a very upscale neighborhood, safe and quite. Very comfortable beds, newly remodeled. Has a connecting separate room (for a fee) with its own bathroom that would hold an additional 3 people. PLEASE ASK FOR MORE INFO AND COST IF NEEDED! No key required, a code will be given. The first block is up a hill, the second is flat.
