Welcome to our traditional Maine Gambrel where you will have a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom and sitting area. The 250 sq ft suite has a queen bed, tv, Wi-Fi, hot drinks, mini fridge, microwave, and private space. We are located just over an hour from Boston or Portland, 5 min to Kittery shopping outlets, half mile to a boat launch & 5-15 min drive to a number of beaches. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We ask for no animals since there's a cat that lives here too.

Welcome to The Beachcomber Suite. 1/4 mile walk to Cable/Jenness Beach (sidewalk) in Rye, NH. Your own private, separate two floor space with own entrance in large main house. 1st floor is a large living room with couch, dining table/chairs, CABLE/TV, coffee maker, Microwave, and small fridge. WiFi. Your own covered porch in the front and private large bedroom with king bed & private bath on the 2nd floor. Parking for one car. 3-Day Holiday Weekends require min 3 nights. NOTE: NO KITCHEN

Two bikes & beach chairs. We are a little more than a mile from the beach and an easy drive to NH/Maine sites.

Rooms include bedroom, private bathroom, and sitting room/art studio with a sofa bed. 10 minutes from University of New Hampshire, and 30 minutes from Portsmouth. Small refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. Nearby hiking, pickle-ball, tennis. In winter, 1 hour to downhill ski, cross country nearby. This property is a working farm and greenhouse business, with CSA vegetable gardens. All are welcome.

The Rafters is a finished studio space above our late 1800s barn. It has beautiful light and feels like a getaway as soon as you open the door. With the proximity to Portsmouth, NH and local attractions in Maine, you can escape to the Rafters, but with the ease of being so close to everything. Our neighborhood is beautiful and you can walk down to many spots that overlook the Piscataqua River. Or Uber home from a fun night in Portsmouth!
