Find yourself just minutes from North Point Mall with its dine-in movie theater and less than a mile from the Big Creek Greenway. The Ameris Amphitheater is just 7 minutes away. Downtown Alpharetta and the Avalon are each 10 minutes away. It's under 2 miles to North Point Mall and beyond. Property is not located near public transportation. Once you locate our driveway, proceed down the driveway hill and park in front of the garage next to the stairs. The garage door is an ultra quiet model and we only ever access it from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Renovated in 2017 with new hardwood floors, new appliances, including washer/dryer & smart TV, and new or lovingly restored furniture. Off-street parking. Probably most comfortable for one or two guests or a family with up to four people, especially if two are small. Babies are welcome, and a Pac-and-Play is available.
