Our new renovated apartment is situated in the centre of the city, near the bus station and near the main street of Rovinj- Carera. Parking on the street/parking place nearby is chargable (zone 2 and 3-2,00 €/h or a daily card 15,00 €/day). Only for our guests we have organized 1 free of charge parking place, 14 minutes away by walk from the apartment. The apartment is located at the second floor of the building, at the Lacco Square (Trg na Lokvi). Sunny place and beautiful view. Sea view too!

City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

This 2 bedroom apartment is located in Rovinj. The location of the apartment is great. Walking distance to the old town and beaches will give you all the comfort of going around without the car. The apartment features 2 double bedrooms, both with air condition. The master bedroom is with sea view. The living area and kitchen are one room, with air condition. From the living space guests have access to the balcony with city and sea view. Guests have one shower bathroom and one toilet available.

We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
