Set in a leafy, frangipani scented garden with separate entrance & on-street parking, the studio will be your sanctuary & oasis while you explore Cronulla & beyond. 50 mtr flat walk to a sandy bayside beach with crystal clear water & 12 minute walk to Cronulla Mall. Nearby are stunning beaches, scenic walks, cafes & restaurants & a short ferry ride to the Royal National Park.

Darwin's Studio

Take a 15 minute walk to the picturesque clifftop lookouts and spectacular waterfalls or meander through the friendly tree-lined neighbourhood to sample the local coffee. Our secluded Blue Mountains studio features stunning uninterrupted views of the bush, a modern bathroom and kitchen, and a private bouldering wall for rock climbers! Take a bath while gazing at the tree-lined horizon. Comfortably fits two adults, with a futon for kids or a guest. Located just a short 5- to 15-minute drive to hikes and lookouts of Wentworth Falls, Leura and Katoomba. This is the perfect place for a getaway - whether for relaxing, being active, creative or all of the above!

The Granny Flat

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.

The Cronulla Garden Studio

The self-contained Studio in the Garden is beautifully appointed entering onto a sunny courtyard. The Cronulla Garden Studio has recently been painted and refreshed throughout. The bedroom studio is spacious with one comfy queen-size bed, cosy electric blanket (in winter), ceiling fan, split system air conditioner and wardrobe. Ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. We provide a kettle, toaster, microwave and small fridge for your convenience.
