Enjoy water views and easy access to the city from my very compact, top-floor 1-bedroom in Rozelle. There’s a bus stop right outside, the light rail is a short walk, and it’s ~10 minutes to Town Hall. Walk to Glebe Foreshore, Tramsheds, Bicentennial Park, and the Bay Run, plus great local cafés and pubs. This is a very small abode, best for a couple. If needed, we can make up the futon in the living room for a child with some notice and an additional cost $20 (nb: not the best for an adult)
