Beautiful 2 bedroom home with incredible ocean and canyon views. The best sunsets that you can watch right out front on the porch! And the dolphins! Carbon Canyon beach access is a quick 1/2 mile walk down PCH! Or drive to Big Rock or Billionaires both 1.2 miles away. Fully stocked chef's kitchen and bathroom. If you’re not in the mood to cook, world famous Duke’s restaurant is across the street. Enjoy the sea air in the back yard fitted out with string lights, comfortable lounges.

This 2 bedroom oceanfront townhouse has direct beach access. The property has two balconies for you to enjoy under the sun with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. Dolphins, Seals, and occasionally Whales have been seen on a regular basis from the balcony overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. UPDATE as of May 30, 2025 PCH has reopened as of May 23 — no ID required for access. Hot water fully restored and working perfectly throughout the unit.
