Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Ground level has a lovely decking area with an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities.

Rural Retreat outside Mawgan Porth

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

The Lodge, Mid Cornwall, with Parking

"The Lodge" is a wood built studio flat in the village of Fraddon in mid Cornwall, 5 mins from the main trunk road (A30), Fraddon is surrounded by the towns of Newquay, St Austell, Bodmin and the city of Truro, locally there is a good pub in walking distance, there are many takeaways within walking distance, a retail park is a 5 minute drive away where there is a Pub/Mcdonalds, M&S and more, close by is a lovely nature trail locally across the moors if you like a good walk or cycle.

Off-Grid Shepherd Hut & Hot Tub #1, Glamping

Stunning off-grid Shepherd Huts with wood burning stove to keep you cosy and warm, and a comfy double bed and sofa. Each hut has its own 'kitchen hut' with all you need in a basic camping kitchen. Alongside each hut is your own eco wood-fired hot tub. A compost toilet and gas shower are shared between the two huts. Rural, romantic, country setting, great for couples or the sole traveller wishing to unwind and re-charge. *Please note there is an extra charge for the hot tubs*

The Blue Bee is a cosy Grade II listed cottage with all the charm of a traditionally built Cornish home, freshly renovated and lovingly restored. Located a stone’s throw from the centre of St Columb Major, a small medieval town, the cottage has easy access to both the north and south coasts, making exploring Cornwall very easy. Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth and Bedruthan Steps are all just a short drive away.

St Columb caters for all your daily needs and is ideally located to explore all of Cornwall. The sea and surf are only 7 minutes away!

Tregoose Old Mill is adults only and is set in the beautiful Cornish countryside minutes from Cornwall's stunning North Coast. Tregoose is a tiny tranquil rural hamlet in a hidden valley that even many locals have never heard of and yet is only 6 miles from Newquay and 12 miles from Padstow making this the perfect base to explore the beautiful county of Cornwall with its many stunning beaches, beautiful harbour towns and peaceful rolling countryside.
