The front of the unit looks out to the boat ramp reserve with large trees and some filtered views of St Georges Basin. The boat ramp, jetty and fish cleaning table are just across the road, this area also includes public toilets and childrens playground. Just down the road you will find a cafe/ shop and further from there is Palm Beach which is great for the kids, fishing, kayaking etc. It is a great place to relax and unwind and only 10 minute drive to Hyams Beach. A private, renovated self-contained unit, with full kitchen, separate bedroom & continental breakfast. Free use of SUP's, canoe & bikes (at own risk - saving of over $200 hire fees). Fully self contained and stand alone building, halfway between Nowra and Ulladulla. Only 3 minutes from the highway but far enough away to escape all the noise. If you enjoy rural tranquility and a chance to listen to the birds this is the place for you. If you want to be 5 mins away from shops and restaurants - this place is not for you! (it will take you about 20- 30 minutes to get to those)! There is excellent privacy with separate driveway access from the main house.

Pa's Place is a home away from home in delightful Swanhaven. A short walk to lovely quiet Swan Lake and 5 minutes drive to beautiful Berrara beach and lagoon for excellent swimming and fishing. Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.
