Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Au cœur de Saint-Germain-Des-Près, charmant 2 pièces lumineux, sous les toits de Paris. Dans un quartier animé, mais donnant sur cour, l’appartement est très calme. Il se situe sur le boulevard Saint Germain entre les stations de métro Odéon et Mabillon. D’une superficie de 36 m2, il se compose d’un salon avec cuisine américaine, d’une chambre et d’une petite salle d’eau. L’appartement est au 5ème étage SANS ASCENSEUR et SANS CLIMATISATION. Horaires d'arrivée modifiables si possible. Demandez.

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Quiet & cosy apartment close to Montparnasse

Bright, Clean and quiet apartment facing a courtyard, well equipped and close to Montparnasse. The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! A large 43 screen in 4K, and a Gigabit internet access with gigabit Ethernet plugs & top Wifi.

Lovely flat in the 'High Marais". On the court and sunny. Near Picasso Museum - Georges Pompidou Center - Montorgeuil. Open kitchen and big bathroom. Very comfortable for a perfect moment in Paris! Joli appartement dans le haut Marais. Sur cour et baigné de lumière. A deux pas du Musée Picasso - du centre Georges Pompidou - du quartier piéton de Montorgeuil. Cuisine équipée et ouverte sur le salon, grande salle de bain. Tout le confort pour que votre séjour à Paris soit parfait!

Spacious studio a stone's throw from the Louvre

Spacieux and elegant studio on the 2nd floor of a late-18th century building. It is ideally located, in the heart of the historical center. It is ideally located, 200 yards from the Tuileries Gardens and the Louvre, a short walk from the Seine, the Musée d'Orsay the Palais Royal Gardens. Saint Germain des Prés is just across the river, and the gorgeous old Opera House, still home to the Ballet de l'Opéra, is a few minutes' walk away.
