Il a été rénové, en juillet 2016, à un niveau élevé, avec le confort de nos clients comme priorité. Accès facile aux fantastiques stations de ski de La Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et à 30 minutes en voiture du spectaculaire lac d'Annecy. J'ai hâte de partager mon beau chalet avec vous.

Comprising two independent bedrooms, one on a mezzanine under a sloping roof with reduced height and a master suite on the garden level accessible only from the outside...no access from the inside. Cette ancienne ferme datant de 1800 peut loger confortablement 10 personnes sur 2 niveaux et 150m² habitables. Ce chalet comprend 5 chambres , 2 salles de douche et 2 toilettes séparées. Il se situe aux Villards sur Thônes , à 900 m d'altitude, à égale distance de la Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et proche de Annecy. Une rénovation complète en 2018 a été réalisée en conservant l'esprit d'authenticité qui marque ce type d'habitat . Le chalet n'est pas adapté aux Personnes à Mobilité Réduite.

Tres beau chalet haut de gamme 4 étoiles des meublés de tourisme, calme assuré , une vue époustouflante sur les montagnes ...aucun vis à vis, avec un hammam pour se relaxer après une bonne journée de ski ... Chalet individuel avec vue sur la chaîne des Aravis. Il n'est pas isolé car situé dans un petit lotissement après le "Nant Robert et Le Crêt du Bouchet" à 2,5 kms du centre du village. Voiture indispensable. Les petits "plus" : Lits faits à votre arrivée. Garage fermé. Animaux acceptés.
