Authentieke elementen, zoals de originele 19e-eeuwse vloeren, paneeldeuren en de hoge plafonds, zijn bewaard gebleven en gecombineerd met een recente, volledig uitgeruste keuken en een compacte badkamer. Aan de eetkamer grenst een balkon. Daarnaast is er een aparte slaapkamer met voldoende ruimte voor een bureau om aan te werken.
