Private large sunny enclosed garden with private parking for up to 3 cars. Just a short walk to the village for friendly pubs , Spar and a family butchers, or local beaches and Roskillys ice-cream farm.

Family-run barn conversion, The Water Hole, is situated on The Tinner's Way trail and lies just over a mile south of Zennor. It's in an ideal location to enjoy West Cornwall's rugged coastline and beaches, with easy access to Penzance (10 min) and St Ives (15 min). The Gurnard's Head and the Tinners Arms pubs are only a 5 min drive.

It’s fantastic for surfing, sea swimming in the cove, coastal hiking and golf. There's a golf course close by to us that has an indoor swimming pool and restaurant.
