The Long Branch Loft

The Loft is part of a 100+ year old building that has been fully renovated giving guests a unique stay. The Loft consists of one upstairs bedroom with a king size bed, setting room, kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. When entering The Loft you will see an open concept with a 15 ft ceiling and brick wall with an outline of the large back door and windows of the original building. The decor theme is local heritage with a focus on our farming community.

The Blue Door Cabin

If you want a retreat where you can sleep in, slow down and savor nature's beauty, the Blue Door Cabin, tucked in surprisingly hilly oak and hickory woods, with a beautiful view of the pond, is your destination. Within two hours from Kansas City, Tulsa, Joplin or Wichita, and only 4 miles from Chanute Kansas, this preserved and revived cabin offers an easy getaway for city dwellers in need of a very affordable anniversary weekend, study or solitude retreat, or family hiking and fishing trip.

Hucke's Lodge & Barn - Edge of Town Secluded

Please message with any questions. Your stay will be located on the outskirts of town so peaceful, yet the gas station, grocery store, & dollar general are within a couple blocks so you can make trips quickly. You will stay at a spacious lodge with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, tv room, dining area, and a big wash room for you to utilize. You will also have access to a big barn out back with bbq grill, firepit, and plenty of lighting. Makes for a perfect place for you and others to relax.

Casa Bella is a luxury duplex within walking distance of eateries. Each 840 sq ft unit features high vaulted ceilings and a custom built, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, coffee bar, and full-sized appliances. Internet/Wifi equipped with a 55" tv in bedroom and 65" tv in living/dining area. Half bath off kitchen plus a private master bath featuring double sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower. The closet has a custom closet system with full-sized washer and dryer.

Cottage on Summit

Come and relax at the Cottage on Summit. A comfortable little house right off the square in Girard,Kansas There are several little shops,restaurants and a coffee shop about 2 blocks from the house. There is a Sonic,Dollar General,Opies and a grocery store not to far away. Kansas Crossing Casino is 18 miles away. Pitt State University is 12 miles away. We have a pull thru driveway. So it will be easy if you have a boat or trailer to get in and out. We would love to host you!!

Cozy at Osage Ridge

Come relax with the family! Serene country view with a sandbox and playset out back. Farmyard friends in the surrounding pastures. This house is new along with everything in it! Sleeps 4 with twin bed seen off living area, and a soft, wide couch for an extra sleeping spot. If you’d like to feed chickens, pet and feed the goats, or visit with the cows, please give host notice for possible arrangements! Fresh eggs from the cluckers provided! Come enjoy a night on our farm!

Duck Camp

Duck Camp is a great place for hunters, travelers and families. The location is family-friendly and this area is widely known for its whitetail deer, duck and turkey hunting. Duck Camp offers a peaceful country feel. Inside Duck Camp is one bedroom with a queen bed and a loft with two additional queen beds. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The property is for lodging only; there is no hunting allowed. Pets are allowed, but we ask they not be on any of the furniture.

Bunkhouse on the Water

The Bunkhouse sits adjacent to a large body of water. Just 10 miles to Pittsburg and 30 miles to Joplin, MO. Guests can enjoy time outside on the covered porch next to the water, sit around the fire pit on those cool evenings, go for a hike, play a game of pickleball, or enjoy some catch and release fishing from the bank. Poppy's Place

Inspired by a swatch of wallpaper found in the attic, 'Poppy's Place' is decorated to bring you back in time to the 1930's. Bright, bold and cheerful colors were introduced into homes at that time to help keep people inspired during the dust bowl of the Great Depression. The 1930’s was the decade that fell directly in between WWI and WWII and Poppy Flowers were, and still are, a symbol of hope and remembrance for fallen soldiers. Office offers a day bed.

Summit Hill Gardens Cottage, a little bit of paradise, is a place to enjoy solitude, peace and quiet. Located rurally (3 miles south of Chanute, Ks), we are listed as one of the top ten attractions with numerous flower beds, a historic 1874 stone schoolhouse, a Retail Soap Shop located in a restored barn (handcrafted soaps are made here on site), and the Summit Hill Gardens Event Center- for hosting celebrations of life.
