Auf dem Südwestbalkon hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht über das wild-gepflegte Grundstück, den Wald und das Damwildgehege des Nachbarn. Des promenades (à pied ou en vélo) sont accessibles facilement ainsi que le circuit de Spa-francorchamps. Vous apprécierez mon logement pour les gens, l'ambiance, les espaces extérieurs, le quartier et la luminosité. Genieße das originelle Flair im liebevoll restaurierten Fachwerkhaus. Tolle Lage mit Sonnenterrasse an der Ahrquelle, See und diversen Restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig und Ahrradweg kreuzen hier. Sie haben den gesamten oberen Teil des Hauses für sich allein! Die Wohnung ist nicht abschließbar da Notausgang. Fast alle Gäste sind extrem zufrieden! Nicht gut geeignet für Allergiker, bei körperlichen Einschränkung und akustischer Sensibilität (Glocken). Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch!

Un endroit calme, silencieux la nuit, la nature à portée de vues tout autour, une Boulangerie " Rechter Backstube" 10 minutes en voiture, une supérette, un marchand de vin, accès rapide à la ville de Malmedy.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Natur und guter Luft und Ruhe. Du wirst das Loft lieben wegen dem Platz im Freien, den Garten, den Kamin innen für die Gemütlichkeit, 63qm zum Wohlfühlen in altem Gemäuer mit Lehmputz innen. Auf der Galerie ist ein 160cm breites Bett und ein Schreibtisch, unten eine Schlafcouch. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende und Eifelfans. Alt trifft Neu ist das Motto: Alte Balken knacken auch mal, der Regen prasselt aufs Dach= Vor- und Nachteil?

Eppeltree is a delicately furnished accommodation for nature-loving couples in the Mullerthal hiking region in Luxembourg, 500m from the Mullerthal Trail. Eppeltree is part of a converted farm and is located in an orchard in the middle of the nature reserve, with a breathtaking view into the sunset. The accommodation is fully equipped, including a kitchen for self-catering, everything is included in the rental price. Washing / drying possible for an extra € 5, bike shed available.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Das Chalet mit einzigartigem Panorama Blick von jeder Etage befindet sich direkt am Wald- und Feldrand in der wunderschönen Vulkaneifel, nahe des Kronenburger Sees. Es liegt am Rande einer kleinen idyllischen Ferienhaussiedlung. Mit viel Liebe wurde das Haus komplett saniert und neu gestaltet. Umgeben von vielen Wanderwegen und wunderschöner Natur, bietet es die ideale Ausgangslage um die Schönheit der Eifel mit ihren zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu entdecken.
