This is a condo equipped with basic furniture. One closet in each room, shoe cabinet, sofa, dining table, beds, refrigerator, washing machine, rice cooker, and kitchen utensils. It's one of the reasons why price is cheaper than most two bedrooms with two bathrooms in Makati. NOTE: Guests are required to provide a copy of their valid ID. Strictly no visitors allowed. Also, guests can have access to swimming pools, but it should be booked in advance with a fee of 230 PHP per person. Thanks.
