Cozy 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage in the heart of Sandy Pond. Steps to water access and boat launch. Four season home. Perfect location for boating, all season fishing (including salmon and ice fishing), beach-going, snowmobiling. Located a row back from the water, in walking distance to Eddie's Cove Restaurant and the Wigwam Restaurant/Tiki Bar as well as the the Sandy Pond Sportsman's club. We also own the cottage next door (Cozy Cottage in Sandy Pond 2) and can be rented together

We are located on the ATV & snowmobile trail, directly across from a gas station, with a pull through parking lot large enough for easy trailer parking. Unload your recreational vehicle, fill up with gas & hit the trail all from our location. A playground is just a 1 minute walk down the street. We are minutes from Lake Ontario beaches, the Salmon River in Pulaski & Altmar, Salmon River Falls, & the Salmon River Resevoir.

Well maintained house on a large private lot near boating access to North Sandy Pond and Lake Ontario that is centrally located near several beaches and State Parks (including Sandy Island State Park), the Salmon River, snowmobile trails, and several restaurants and bars! Kids and dogs are welcome in our family friendly home where you'll enjoy cooking on the grill, sharing smores at the fire pit, playing cornhole, taking out our kayaks and paddleboard, fishing, and playing board games!

Located near Salmon River Falls, Fish Hatchery, Salmon River and Reservoir. Easy access to Salmon and Steelhead fishing, ATV trails and Snowmobile trails. Video tour can be found at YouTube. Fantastic A-Frame on Sandy Pond, an inlet with direct access to Lake Ontario. Although not waterfront, The Groove A Frame sits a stone's throw from the shore of Sandy Pond and a deeded boat launch. Enjoy world class fishing in the pond, lake, and nearby Salmon River. Located on a NYS established snowmobile trail. Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet fee. The Groove A Frame is a cannabis friendly rental. Enjoy smoking cannabis anywhere indoor or outside, but NO INDOOR TOBACCO SMOKING!

In the winter, cozy up by the woodstove in the living room and catch up on your favorite TV shows.

A perfect place to enjoy the year round beauty and adventures of Pulaski. Anglers will find themselves in the heart of salmon and trout territory. Drive 200 yards across the Route 3 Bridge to hop on the snowmobile trails or hike Selkirk State Park, or a few miles north to find yourself golfing near Sandy Pond.

Close to several boat launches into Lake Ontario and a short ride from from best spots on the Salmon River you can't go wrong!

Come enjoy the retreat any time of year - whether you are here to enjoy the beautiful waters of Sandy Pond/Lake Ontario, or here to catch Salmon in the fall! A small boat launch located .2 miles away allows for easy access for ice fishing and the large yard gives you plenty of space to relax and ENJOY!
